Webloyalty was established in the UK in 2007 and has since expanded into France, Spain, Brazil, Ireland, the Netherlands, Turkey and Australia. To support our market expansion, in 2012 we centralised our customer service operations and opened a European service centre in Switzerland.
In 2011, Webloyalty merged with Affinion Group, a global leader in customer engagement and loyalty solutions with over 40 years’ experience. Based in the US, Affinion Group has over 5,670 partners worldwide, including many of the largest and most respected companies in the financial services, retail, travel, and ecommerce sectors.
Webloyalty partners with over 200 businesses globally. These range from large multichannel or pure-play retailers, to international travel and entertainment brands, to domestic businesses with transactional websites. We’re members of the New Online Retailers Association (NORA), advocates of a retail renaissance built on three pillars - Customer Centricity, Technology, Global & Borderless. Our membership with the Digital Industry Association for Australia (AIMIA) provides us with support from leading digital industry development initiatives and activities. We also work with retail and ecommerce experts and support their industry events
